Easy

Shoot the spinner. This drops the ball up top which spots a letter. Collecting letters gives a pretty big bonus.

Medium

Shoot the inlane drops. This is a risky shot, but it spots a letter and increases spinner value. Once you get the spinner up to 1k or 2k, start spinner ripping. Watch one spinner rip be equivalent to a lot of folks scores.
