Shoot doc oc. Keep playing those modes. These are worth a lot of points.

Medium

(preferred) Back-hand the target to qualify lock. Then shoot an orbit. This qualifies a good multiball.

Adam likes to sit in multiball and shoot left orbit. It comes around and catch it. Rinse and repeat. Boring but you can grind a lot of easy safe points.
